A SEARCH has begun for a missing man who was last seen on his boat.
Thames Valley Police is appealing to the public's health to find missing Marc Wilson.
Mr Wilson, aged 49, is from Leicester and was last seen on Saturday 8 January on his boat on the River Thames, near Folly Bridge, Oxford at around 1.15pm.
He is about 5ft 8ins tall with black hair.
It is unknown what Mr Wilson was wearing when he went missing, however, he usually wears dark tracksuit bottoms, a dark top or jumper, and a beanie-style hat.
Police have said that Mr Wilson was likely to be around the Oxford area.
Deputy LPA Commander Chief Inspector Jen Hogben said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of Marc and are appealing for the help of the public in finding him.
“I would urge anyone who may have seen Marc, or anyone who thinks they know where he is to please get in touch by calling 101 quoting reference 43220020595.”

Update from TVP Oxford (plus attachment images)
Unfortunately, Marc is still missing. We have two new images of Marc from the day that he was last seen. These are both from the Tescos store at St Aldates and are CCTV images taken at 4.27pm & 10.22pm. We hope this may jog someone's memory. Please call 101 if you have any info.
